Red Hat Enterprise Linux-rebuild mailing list and mini-HOWTO

I want to announce a new mailing list - rhel-rebuild-l@uibk.ac.at .
This mailing list is dedicated to discussion about rebuilding and installing 
a Linux system based on the SRPMS of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
