Mueller: The OIN's Linux System

on a recent announcement
by the Open Invention Network (OIN). "In other words, if you become an OIN licensee, you make your own patents available on those terms and get everyone else's on the same terms, but you can still use your patents against fellow OIN licensees (or they can use theirs against you) if the patents are used for a purpose outside the scope of "the Linux System.""
