at three new features in Fedora 14. "LZMA/Xz is a relatively new and better method for compression and Fedora has increasingly been taking advantage of it. Fedora switched over from gzip to using LZMA for the RPM payload back in Fedora 12. Fedora 14 will combined the previous feature with the next step of better compression in the live image itself."
