Seriously. What about royalties for past infringement? If people have been using SCO copyright code without a license from SCO, they owe SCO for that past use, whichever of those two options SCO chooses. SCO has already sent letters to many of those potential users. Those letters could only serve to strengthen a claim for royalties for past use some day.
