Announcing v4l-utils-0.8.0

Hi,

I'm happy to announce the first stable release of v4l-utils, nothing
special this time around just a few small bug fixes and cleanups
left and right.
New this release:

* Utils changes:
  * Various v4l-keytable improvements (mchehab)
  * Various v4l2-ctl fixes (hverkuil)
  * Various qv4l2 fixes (hverkuil)
* libv4l changes (hdegoede):
  * Add many more laptop models to the upside down devices table
  * Some minor bugfixes
