Hi Guys,
Here is the Wordpress plugin with full support for Open Graph:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/like

It supports all meta tags (no other implementation has that, not even the current official one from opengraphprotocol) and different implementations of the Facebook Like button.

It was the first plugin out there after the release of the button at f8 and it's the most successful such plugin so far with 5,000 downloads.
