Fantastic. That last diagram is like a punchline, I wasn't completely with it until that last one which triggered what I refer to as a "cascade of realisation", which is like a nice brain massage :-) much appreciated.

Not so appreciated though was the pointing to a 2004 article that I remember reading like it was just erm... 200err... 2007? Way to make me feel old for the first time ever ;-p
