Fvwm, Mwm and Windows 3.x had the same layout: menu box, title, minimize,
maximize. Myself, using KWin, I've put close top-left, and min/max to the right. I've got no use for a menu box, but I do remember I often clicked close by accident when using Windows 95.

Exactly the same here, close alone to the left, no window-menu,
min/max/stick in the right corner.
Nice side effect is to watch other people being confused when they want
