OpenSSH 5.4 released

The OpenSSH 5.4 release is out, with a number of new features; these include a new certificate format, a "netcat mode," a key revocation operation, better multiplexing support, and strengthened encryption. This release also ~~removes~~ disables (by default) support for version 1 of the SSH protocol - a change which few users should notice at this point.
