The Virgin radio stream is really interesting and good news.

Virgin Radio is a UK national broadcaster of mainly Contemporary Rock and grown up pop. However, it is only broadcast on poor quality Medium Wave (AM)- no stereo etc. It is only possible to get stero quality get via satellite TV - a limited number of subscribers, or on FM (Stereo) in the London area (I think) (or via Real/WMP on the internet).

So for me this will be better than any existing way of getting the radio station that I have available. And because ogg players are also open, I should be able to build a nice neat embedded capability into my multi-media Linux box.
