Yes I would agree that reflects reality.. but without the builtin parts of the brain that make such decisions automagically for us using circuits built in genetically and built upon by environment. I think most of the trust relationships many people make are done within the first 1 to 2 minutes of first meeting. I can now see a large lisp AI written to build a neural network and then work out things like "Ooh I like his .sig" to make trust management easier :).
