Time for a plan

If someone came up with a compelling story, timeframe and roadmap to put
FOSS a11y on a good fairly future proof foundation then I think the good
guys (sugar daddys) in our community like Red Hat or Google would be willing
to pay for it.

But I think it has to be time limited otherwise it is just bad for marketing
once the supporting company stops the funding (which will happen eventually)
