==> CELF SOLICITING BIDS FOR 2010 CONTRACT WORK <==

As part of CELF's open project proposal process, CELF is soliciting bids
from interested parties to work on technical projects this year.

In December of 2009, CELF requested project proposals from members and the
general public, and also authorized their 2010 contractor budget. 28
proposals were collected and posted to the eLinux wiki, and are listed at:

http://elinux.org/Project_Proposals_for_2010

CELF is now soliciting bids from anyone interested in working on these
projects. If you would like to do contract work for CELF, you may indicate
your interest by submitting a bid on one or more of the projects.

Bidding instructions are on the following wiki page:

http://elinux.org/CELF_project_bidding_instructions

Voting to select the projects for this year will be done by the Architecture
Group, shortly, and then the actual project work will begin.
