That "SCO" is now Tarentella, still operating out of Santa Cruz, CA. Caldera/SCO, newly yclept "The SCO Group", is the successor organization to Caldera International, founded 1994. What SCO/Caldera bought was "the Unix business" of what's now Tarentella, as well as, apparently, the name. Otherwise, the company suing IBM has nothing to do with the SCO founded in 1979.
