Xeyes watches what you do and reports to the Boss.

This release adds support for using Xrender to display the sclera
and pupils of the eyes.  This enables anti-aliased rendering.

Additionally, several janitorial cleanups and build fixes have
accumulated since the 1.0.1 release in 2005.
