If you mean an introductory documentation by the word "guide",
please be advised to try TOMOYO Linux LiveCD. TOMOYO Linux LiveCD
means "LiveCD with TOMOYO Linux enabled kernel" and
Ubuntu 9.10 and CentOS 5.4 versions are available.
