There are certainly different definitions of "support", but I'm running KDE
4.3.3 (er, KDE Plasma Desktop from KDE SC 4.3.3) on Kubuntu Karmic, and
Xinerama is working just fine. New windows/dialogs don't cross the screen
boundary, nor does maximizing.

OTOH, the KDE 3.5.10 installation I still have at home doesn't seem very
Xinerama-aware.
