Except that this re-branding is not about a change in conception, but about making our communication be more in line with how the software actually looks like and works.

Yep. Will change in KDE SC 4.4 ;-)
(darn I almost had to go back and edit this to add SC there)

And it'll stay that way (unlike superstoned notes). We'll not retrofit old
versions, but will transition to the new, clearer naming from now on.
