This version of libvdpau moves the driver install directory to a configurable
place, which is /usr/lib/vdpau by default.  It also adds versioning to the
drivers as well as libvdpau_trace.  This should address the concerns that some
distributions had about where the libraries are installed.

It also includes some documentation updates and code to build the
documentation with Doxygen.
