Mandriva is also very good for servers. I have set up several dozens of Mandriva-based mail, WWW, samba, FTP, cups and others, and it never failed (so badly to make me look for alternatives). I use it since Mandrake 6 (Helios) released in 1999 and I feel very comfortable about it. It's very easy to configure, maintain, and upgrade. You don't have to install all the desktop bloat for it to work, and their software repository is really impressive. In the very rare cases if anything is missing, it can of course be easily compiled from source.
