MUMPS dead? I hadn't heard ...

Actually, in its current incarnation of Cache, I gather it's growing quite fast. It's similar to (but not a member of) the MultiValue/PostRelational databases which are also growing quite fast ...

Last I heard the IBM MV databases (U2 - but they've just sold them) were growing market share at over 10% per year.
