What's the new version's document round-trip fidelity with Microsoft Word and OpenOffice like with files containing tables, mixed fonts etc? That's likely to be the most relevant feature in the real world. In the past, it crashed so often on me that I just gave up on it and used OpenOffice instead, maybe it's worth another look?
