When you transfer a copyright "with full title guarantee" are you in effect offering a warranty of non-infringement? And what does that open you up to in the event of accidental or unconscious copying? (Least attractive proposal ever: "I'm a party to a one-sided agreement with a foreign corporation...will you marry me?")
