No, I can't.

$ seinfo --permissive
seinfo: unrecognized option '--permissive'
Usage: seinfo [OPTIONS] [EXPRESSION] [POLICY ...]

        Try seinfo --help for more help.

This is on Fedora 11.

It seems to be a new option in F12.
