[ANNOUNCE] libXxf86dga 1.1.1
Brown paper bag release.
The commit that should have enabled the use of XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS didn't
actually do so, and the new Xxf86dga.h include file we provide now wasn't
even being used by the library - resuling in compiler warnings.
