gnome-main-menu 0.9.13 is released

Dear lovers of small market share,

I've just released version 0.9.13 of gnome-main-menu.

Gnome-main-menu is an alternative to the traditional hierarchical menu
of applications for the GNOME panel.  You may be familiar with it from
the way it is used in openSUSE.
