Firefox extension vulnerabilities

Not really a solution to the problem, but maybe a good advice to users: Do only use Firefox extensions from your Linux distribution. At least in theory they receive a little bit more of testing and review and are subject to the security support of the Linux distribution. I use only extensions that are packaged in Debian and I believe the most important ones are present there (and in Ubuntu).
