luban 0.2a1 released

The luban package (http://luban.danse.us) is a python-based, cross- 
platform user interface builder. It provides UI developers a generic  
language to describe the user interface, and then render that  
description as web or native interfaces. An example of luban  
application is Jazzclub(http://luban.danse.us/jazzclub/cgi-bin/ 
main.cgi). Another is Gong Shu Zi(http://luban.danse.us/gongshuzi/cgi-bin/main.cgi 
).
