Hi,
My name is Andrés Mujica and i'm writing to you on behalf of the Ubuntu
Community.
We want to share with you our upcoming event, the Ubuntu Global Jam [1].
This is an event that congregates people all around the world at a local
venue, where they'd be engaged with different tasks to help improve
Ubuntu and Linux in general. They'll be working on bug triaging,
packaging, documentation, testing and translation.
On February [2] we had the same event but only covering bugs, and with
the overwhelming response received we've decided to include some more
items as previously explained.
The idea of this email is to know what we should do in order to get some
coverage from you at http://slashdot.org , hey we want front page to be
honest!
so, thanks for your inputs, and let me now how can this be achieved.
