Great to see Linux finally doing what FreeBSD done a decade ago - real mutexes, interrupt threads etc. Except that in FreeBSD - just like in OSX or Solaris - this is the default behaviour.

Great, but those are just their imaginary "advantages". Don't forget about Freebsd lock limitations.
