International Eiffel Programming Contest

The Non-Profit International Consortium for Eiffel (NICE) is proud to
announce the launch of the International Eiffel Programming Contest,
"Eiffel Class Struggle 2003." After a two-year hiatus, the Class
Struggle returns, with the largest cash prizes in the history of the
competition!

The top prize is $1,400 US. Other cash prizes are available, along with
thousands of dollars worth of software.

All submitted applications or libraries must be written in Eiffel, and
the source must be released for public use. The preferred source
license is the Eiffel Forum License, Version 2 (see below.)
All participants will receive a CD-Rom containing a compilation of all
the submissions. All submissions will be added to the Eiffel Forum
Archive.

The deadline for submission is October 31, 2003. Winners will be
announced by the end of January 2004. NICE is also looking for
volunteers to participate in judging and organizing the competition.
