   The French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) uses Nuxeo Collaborative
   Portal Server® to resolve its collaboration needs

     Paris, FRANCE - 2003-05-30, for immediate release

   Nuxeo, European leader of services based on the open source Web
   application platform Zope, publicly announces that the French Atomic
   Energy Commission (CEA) has adopted its solution of content management
   and collaborative work Nuxeo CPS® (Collaborative Portal Server®) as a
   national application, providing the groups and projects with services
   for collaborative work.

   The persons in charge of technologies for information engineering at
   CEA said: "CEA chose the Zope/CPS technology to carry out the eDOC
   (Documentary Collaborative Spaces) application. This application is
   intended to help assemble, track, apply and share knowledge in
   internal groups and projects, as well as with external partners. This
   choice followed up from an evaluation campaign of proprietary and open
   source collaborative technologies. That's the first technological step
   for eDOC."

   "We're particularly pleased that CEA chose Nuxeo CPS as their national
   application for collaborative work. This choice confirms the relevance
   of using Zope in a large-scale industrial context ", said Nuxeo's
   manager Stéfane Fermigier.

   Nuxeo Collaborative Portal Server® is an open source software, under
   the GPL license, carried out on the Zope platform. It allows
   organizations to quickly, simply and effectively set up large-scale
   collaborative portals, such as Intranet, extranet or Internet.

   Collaborative Portal Server® offers many functionalities to create
   collaborative work applications with high added value. Its main
   functionalities are: public and private workspaces, publication
   spaces, and users roles and access right management. CPS allows its
   users to manage versions of documents, news items, notes, business
   documents, etc. Moreover, it provides functions for informal
   collaborations such as: forum, newsletter, mailing-list, diary,
   contacts, etc.
