MobiliX v. Asterix in plea to top German court (Register)
The Register follows the
continuing legal battles of MobiliX. "The mobile open source
project formerly known as MobiliX has stepped up its fight to have its
long-running trademark dispute with the firm behind Asterix and Obelix
heard by Germany's highest civil court."
