Kernel version 2.6.30 + firmware + ext4 support available for Debian Lenny

Kenshi Muto has released an updated kernel for Debian 5.0.1 "Lenny". Debian installer images with kernel version 2.6.30 including firmware and support for ext4 are available for i386 and AMD64 versions of Lenny.

does the broadcomm driver work in this kernel? I had to do a lot of hoop jumping with 2.6.26. I dont want to mess it up now

This new image does include, autodetect the need for, and load the bnx2 and bnx2x (Broadcom) firmwares (explicitly stated in the linked page). So I guess the driver should work too (what would be the point else?).
