Stable kernel 2.6.27.25 has been released

We are a bit late reporting that stable kernel 2.6.27.25 was released on June 11. Somehow the announcement must have gotten lost in the flurry of patches and git pull requests that have dominated linux-kernel over the last week. There are a large number of changes throughout the tree, some of which have security implications. As usual: "All users of the 2.6.27 kernel series are very strongly encouraged to upgrade."
