This is very good news and I hope iFolder gets some active development work. The application/competitor I'd like to see it replace is Microsoft Groove :

Groove was Ray Ozzie's post-Notes invention and has similar capabilities (a few more I think).
A few years ago I recall looking at iFolder with the same hope I express above, only for it to (seemingly) wither. Here's hoping again.
