The Electronic Frontier Foundation
reports that BluWiki is suing Apple.
"Late last year, after BluWiki users began a discussion
about making some Apple iPods and iPhones interoperate with
software other than Apple's own iTunes, Apple lawyers
demanded removal of the content. In a letter to OdioWorks,
the attorneys alleged that the discussions constituted
copyright infringement and a violation of the Digital
Millennium Copyright Act's (DMCA's) prohibition on
circumventing copy protection measures. Fearing legal
action by Apple, OdioWorks took down the discussions from
the BluWiki site.
OdioWorks filed the lawsuit today in order to vindicate its
right to restore those discussions."

HTC (the manufacturer of the Android Dev Phone) has posted a set of Android 1.5 images for the ADP1. There's also reasonably straightforward instructions on flashing those images into a phone. So ADP1 owners can go to the new code now, rather more quickly than usual; for those who prefer the "JF" builds, a 1.5-based build is said to be forthcoming in the near future.

Videos from the 2009 Linux Audio Conference have been posted (in Theora
format). The video site is
somewhat sparse in its commentary (OK, there's none at all), and the videos
themselves show signs of minimal editing. But the essential information is
there for audio enthusiasts who were unable to be at the conference.
