Small details on how yum-presto works

Just wanted to point out a couple of small details. Configuration files are stored in whole in the drpm, so if you change a configuration file, you can still use deltarpm.

Deltarpm also includes a checksum/timestamp check that is used to see if a drpm can be applied on the current system. If you have changed a non-configuration file in the rpm, yum-presto won't even try to download the drpm, it will go straight to the full rpm.
