Kernel prepatch 2.6.30-rc3

Linus has released the third 2.6.30 prepatch. "The diffstat really shows lots of small one-liners and two-liners, although there are areas that are getting bigger patches (ignoring the bulky but uninteresting arm defconfig updates): some x86 updates, some block IO scheduling fixes, splice cleanups and fixes, and a number of driver changes (sound, networking, staging, usb)."
