Emacs what?

Wow.. some people are so frothing about emacs and the secret conspiracy to replace the Linux kernel and X with it that they will come up with some amazing theories... To be honest I didn't know that the ALT key actually did anything in emacs til this article mentioned it.. I guess I should map it to the Windows Key so that I can actually use it for something.
