A shame, really. The surest way to make this go away, as Darl "God will roast their kernels in hell" McBride is no doubt aware, is for IBM to simply buy SCO, which they could almost certainly do out of pocket change. Is the GPL test case worth the hassle? Likely not; the issues are too muddy for my taste. But maybe it's just me.
