[ANNOUNCE] GPointingDeviceSettings-1.0.0

Hello everyone,

GPointingDeviceSettings-1.0.0 has been released.

GPointingDeviceSettings is a new GUI tool for setting various pointing
devices. Each UI can be written as dynamic loadable module, so a third
party can add its own UI.

Currently supports devices:
* Touchpad
* Wheel type mouse (including trackpoint).

Currently supports features:
* Wheel type mouse
 - Middle button emulation 
 - Middle button timeout value 
 - Wheel emulation 
 - Wheel emulation button 
 - Wheel emulation timeout value 
 - Wheel emulation inertia value 
 - Vertical scrolling on/off 
 - Horizontal scrolling on/off 

*Touchpad
 - Touchpad on/off/tapping and scrolling off 
 - Tapping time value 
 - Fast sapping on/off 
 - Vertical scrolling on/off 
 - Vertical scrolling distance value 
 - Horizontal scrolling on/off 
 - Horizontal scrolling distance value 
 - Circular scrolling on/off 
 - Circular scrolling start position
