[ANNOUNCE] xf86-input-synaptics 1.0.99.1

First snapshot for synaptics 1.1

Most exciting change: synclient uses device properties now.
SHM is still available, but you have to specify -s to use it, and of course
enable it through Option "SHMConfig" "on".

Please give this one a test, I expect to release 1.1 on Monday.
