The Australian phone in question is the Kogan Agora, an unlocked Android mobile made by an Australian company with no ties to carriers (they usually make LCD's). I've just ordered their Pro model (AU$399, just over US$280 according to Google) which is due to ship at the end of the month. According to the specs on their site it will do:
