Second call for votes for the Lenny release GR

Acting secretary of the Debian project, Bdale Garbee has sent out the second call for votes on the Lenny release general resolution. He considered stopping the current vote and starting over, but could not find a constitutional basis to do so. The voting will end on December 28th and Garbee is strongly encouraging Debian developers to vote. "If you choose *not* to vote, then you are in effect saying that *any* of the options presented would be ok with you. A vote for Further Discussion tells the world that you think we should start over and try again with a better set of choices. That is a completely ok result for the project.
