Simple as that - [ɛs][ɛl][kjuː][biː] or, localized for Germany, [ɛs][ɛl][kuː][beː]. BTW, I condone the use of English approximations such as bee for, eh well, English sounds. It does not help non-English speakers at all and only makes for loads of confusion (yes, I am referring to that sibling post above this one). Because that's [beː] for some (most?) people outside the realm of the English language. Please, just ♯ use IPA.
