So long Mandriva?

I've been around (in the Mandriva community) for nearly a decade now, and I've been hearing this nearly from the beginning. The discontent started in earnest with Mandrake 8.0 and has waxed and waned ever since. During that time they have dismissed some of their most popular developers and user advocates and that hasn't helped. But still they plod on and their software just gets better and better. So I really doubt that they will being going away any time soon.
