ACPI: battery: Convert discharge energy rate to current properly

This breaks some battery monitor utilities, including the "acpi" program and xfce4-battery-panel which read the values from sysfs, on laptops with BIOSes that report the battery charge in mWh rather than mAh (eg. IBM Thinkpads).
