Of course they can't... Most of the stuff is GPL. And their strong values
and beliefs (FREEDOM above all) prevent them from choosing anything else. It would alienate their community, and even if it didn't, I can hardly see Red Hat do such a thing. I'm not a huge Red Hat fan, but I know they strongly believe in true Free Software.
