I mean, if you look at this situation from the point of view of Adobe, you would be thinking how to get more users. apt-get is not quite good at handling multilib setups last time I tried. yum is better, but not perfect. glibc is big, I would notice if the mirror is slow, regardless of my connection. The premium was about $100 for my laptop at the time I bought it. I'm not going to pay for Adobe Flash. Windows users are not paying.
